Missing Tiles / Tiles in Double / in French / backside printed upside-down
You can check the tiles in your box against the online map designer to see which tiles you have, which ones, if any, are in double (or in the wrong language or with the backside printed upside-down). The tiles are numbered with the format X.YY where X is the board number containing the tile. By checking a few tiles, you should be able to quickly identify which board you need.

Miniature with detached or missing part
The miniatures are assembled at the factory from multiple parts. It can happen sometimes that part of a miniature becomes detached in transport. All you need is tiny bit of superglue to reinsert and reattach the "amputated limb."

We haven't any report of actual breakage as of yet (a miniature part broken and not just detached), but if it looks like actual breakage occurred and not just a part coming unglued, or if you feel uncomfortable reassembling the part, or if a part is actually missing, you can contact customer service for a replacement.
